Tennis Courts/ Pickle ball
We have an active community who enjoys playing both Tennis and Pickle Ball. We have fun tournaments and games for everyone. A schedule for the day is typically posted on a white board located on the Tennis Court.
Good Heart Trail
There is a beautiful hiking trail on the mountain side of Playa Posada Concepcion. Just 1.5 Miles from the highway to have a beautiful view of the bay. Residents hike various trails with our local hiking expert, Franz.
Solar Project
Posada Concepción prides it self on being innovative and looking towards the future. We are in the first phase of one of the largest solar projects in the state. We are currently running the entire community for an average of 8 hours per day on Solar Power. Our goal is to eventually be run on 100 percent renewable energy.
Hot Springs
Bahia Concepción is full of geothermal activity. Playa Posada Concepción is home to 3 Hot Springs. Come take a load off and soak in the healing waters with a view.
